STUDIO RULES

    • Hirer’s time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Set up and pack up, including cleaning and placing props back must be completed during the term of the hire period. Overtime penalties will apply. Please allow extra time for parking.

    • Cancellation and Reschedule rules are non-negotiable

    • The date and booking slot are not confirmed until payment is made in full

    • No Refunds if a cancellation is made 30 days or less of the booking date

    • Credit notes will be issued for cancellations 30 days or less of the booking date and must be used within 30 days or issue or will be forfeited

    • Cancellations or Reschedules made 48 hours or less prior to booking will receive no refund, credit, or reschedule

    • Bookings can be canceled at the Studio Director's discretion, in which case a 100% refund will be offered

    • Pets are not permitted on site

    • Strict No Glitter or Confetti Policy - A $100 Cleaning Fee will be charged if Glitter or confetti is found post-booking

    • No Smoking within the confines of the studio or anywhere inside the building premises (including the outdoor courtyard)

    • No Alcohol in the studio (unless discussed prior)

    • No Candles or Incense are to be burnt in the studio

    • No dirty footwear on floors or rugs

    • Furniture must not be dragged across the floors. Anything larger than an armchair requires 2 people to move. Damage to floors may result in an insurance claim and charges for damages.

    • Sound System is to be kept at a fair level. Please respect the other building residents and our neighbours on the other side of the common wall.

    • Please place all small rubbish in the rubbish bags provided and take off-site

    • Please do not leave liquids, food scraps, or perishables to be left in the studio

    • Large rubbish or anything brought on-site must be taken away with you. There are rubbish bins at the rear of the building in the car park. Please do not leave large boxes/packaging beside bins.

    • Return all props and furniture to their original position prior to leaving

    • Props & furniture are not to be taken outside of the studio

    • Be present and contactable at all times during the hire

    • Keep the booking contained within the space. Please refrain from using common areas for photography. The booking is for the hire space only

    • Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times

    • If any equipment, furniture, props, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined, or stained - the Hirer must notify the Studio Director immediately.
